Goose Island Launches New Line of Hand-crafted Sodas
At WIT Beverage Company, the constant pursuit of excellence and a tradition of innovation have led to the latest incarnation of Goose Island’s indulgent line of hand-crafted sodas. The new line of sodas is made with 100% pure cane sugar and is both caffeine free and gluten free. The use of pure cane sugar as the sole sweetener bucks the industry trend and sets Goose Island Craft Sodas apart from most soft drink makers who rely on high fructose corn syrup.
The newest hand-crafted sodas line up next to decades of tradition represented by Goose Island’s classic Root Beer, a recipe originally brewed at the Goose Island Clybourn Brewpub, and unchanged today. As the company’s firstborn, Goose Island Root Beer will express its own personality with a new package that plays on classic Chicago iconography while making it clear who the star is in the soda line up.
Lining up with Goose Island’s original Root Beer, are two favorite flavors Orange Cream Soda and Concord Grape (formerly Grape Soda) expertly reformulated with all-natural ingredients to meet customers’ demanding tastes. The company is introducing two new rich and delicious flavors in the line–Vanilla Cream Soda and Spicy Ginger Soda.
Always a socially conscience company, WIT Beverage Company packages the new line of hand-crafted sodas in the most environmentally friendly way possible. The glass used for the soda bottles is 100% recyclable and all cardboard used for packaging is made from recycled paper.
